Landmark City

The Landmark City development is a US$5 million plot of undeveloped land spanning across 80,000sqm (eight hectares) with over half a mile of beachfront. The site was acquired by Landmark in 2007 as part of our continuous land banking strategy and is located approximately 15 miles down the coast from the Landmark Village and three miles from Alpha Beach both in Lagos Nigeria. It is on the same stretch of road as the new US$1 billion Chevron City development and the MTN sub-base station.
The development is currently in the conceptual stage with a number of potential uses. The entire project will be built in several phases and will include:

• Beach front hotel resort (first phase of the development)
• Mini residential estate
• Retail strip with a high end shopping mall and international branded convenience stores
• Office accommodation and
• Leisure and entertainment facilities.
