Role: CCTV Operator
Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for monitoring and responding to the company's Electronic Security System.

  2. Maintain constant monitoring of CCTV Cameras and all installed surveillance devices across facilities.

  3. Record and report all incidents observed and be responsible for footage retrievals.

  4. Provide support for daily security operations in the discovery of all irregularities or suspicious movements/activities.

  5. Synchronize time for all monitoring devices in the control room

  6. Record all events and actions accurately

  7. Manage the provision of information required during investigation by management to assist the monitoring of CCTV system in accordance with the company's regulations, and to ensure evidential material is easily accessible and admissible with the approval of the Manager in-charge

  8. Ensure all information gathered is dealt with, in a confidential manner using integrity and accuracy, and in accordance with the company's standard and legal requirements

  9. Watch for irregular and unusual activity that may create security concerns

  10. Watch against rules infractions within the company's facilities..

  11. Undertake all other tasks or duties assigned from time to time by your line manager as may be required to meet the needs of the Group.


Requirement:
  • Have sound knowledge of CCTV cameras operations, technicality, deployment and monitoring.
  • Understand and knowledge of computer systems and software in operation within the control room.
  • Proactive, Intuitive, Analytical, Security-minded, and Customer Centric
  • Independent, Integrity, and Faithfulness in the face of enticement.
  • Good communication and writing skills.

Reporting Line: Chief Security Officer (Direct line).
