Pascal Dozie is the founder of Diamond Bank plc where he served as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 2006. He is also the Chairman of MTN Nigeria, the largest Nigerian mobile services operator since inception in 2001.

Pascal is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria and the former president of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He currently serves as a board member for the Commonwealth Business Council, the Lagos Business School and African Capital Alliance, one of the pioneer Private Equity houses in Nigeria.

Paul Onwuanibe began his career in the ‘built environment’ with a formal education in Architecture, Property Development and Construction Management, together with an MBA from the London Business School. Paul has over 20 years in the professional experience of design and execution of projects in Africa, USA and Europe. He served as Development Director with Beacon Housing, in UK.

Paul was the Executive with responsibility for the Property and Logistics team of Regus Plc during its rapid expansion years, which oversaw the opening of 190 business centres globally. His is now running Landmark Group - the company which he founded in 1997 and now successfully operates from offices across five continents.

Tony Onwu has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Lagos with over 20 years experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Market Risk Management. He is an expert in facilities management and has led various FM teams to deliver services to multinationals in Nigeria.

Tony was the former Managing Director of Diamond Capital, the investment banking subsidiary of one of the country's leading commercial banks. His career also includes roles as Vice President of Citibank Nigeria, General Manager at FSB International Bank and Managing Director of Liberty Bank Plc. Tony has also acted as Technical Adviser to the Director General on Budget affairs in Nigeria. Tony is currently a senior Partner at Nima Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm, and Executive Director of Kimberly Ryan a Human Resources organisation with a Pan African presence.

Warren Van Der Merwe is the chief operating officer of the Vantage Group as well as of Vantage Mezzanine. Warren joined Vantage as its Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Warren recently stepped into the position of COO to focus on playing a more prominent role in the assessment of all new investments being considered by the Fund. He represents Vantage on the board of Landmark.

Warren served a year of academic articles at the University of Witwatersrand and the remainder of his articles at Arthur Andersen before starting his banking career with Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank. He is a qualified chartered accountant.

Funlola Enelemah was in charge of delivering the centre services in the Lagos office since inception in 2003. She is a seasoned administrator and customer services expert. Funlola brings both quality control and human resource experience to the growing Landmark Team. She has a degree in administration and has held senior administrative / management positions in a variety of African Business Consulting units. She is widely travelled and highly knowledgeable in a client interaction environment.

Rajan Rosick holds a BSC (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Mauritius and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant from the UK. He has worked in the Financial Services sector for the past ten years. After completing his accounting articles at Pricewaterhouse- Coopers, Rajan joined one of the largest Fund Administrators in Mauritius.

Rajan joined Trident Trust Mauritius as Head of Fund Administration and now heads the new business department. Rajan also serves as a Director on the board of some of the largest Africa development funds all of which are administered by Trident Mauritius.

Randhirsingh Juddoo began his career in Financial Services in 1996. He was part of the original team when Trident Trust opened its Mauritius office in 2000, and has headed the office since July 2002.

Randhir serves as a Director on the boards of some of the largest Africa development funds and funds investing into India, all of which are administered by Trident’s Mauritius office. The promoters of these funds include the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation, the European Investment Bank, the African Development Bank, FMO and BIO. Randhir holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Kent, Canterbury and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Ashraf Ali DeenMahomed Ashraf leads the Mauritius office’s Fund Administration team, which handles a diverse portfolio of fund clients from a wide range of countries. In addition, Ashraf has been involved in various capacities in the administration of companies and trusts administered on behalf of international families and companies with a presence in Mauritius.

Ashraf previously was the Senior Fund Administrator for a large Mauritius-based offshore management company where he also supervised funds based in various jurisdictions. Prior to entering the fund industry, Ashraf worked for a number of years at HSBC Bank (Mauritius) Limited. Ashraf is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

Kunle Osilaja Barry’s experience includes a wide variety of real estate transactions - asset sales, structured loan financing, equity raisings and advisory for indirect investment vehicles and joint ventures, development and acquisition financing. He served as European Director, Head Debt & Structured Financ at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance from 2002 to 2012. He is currently the Group Head, Real Estate at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated.

Maneesh Garg Maneesh Garg obtained his Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, at The University of Oxford, UK and his Master’s Degree in Economics at The Northwestern University, US. After which in 1992 he became a Consultant at The World Bank, Washington DC. In 1993, Maneesh joined Nagode Group, initially in trading and distribution division. Nagode Group is active in the importation and distribution of industrial raw materials and chemicals, paint industry raw materials, and inputs for the cosmetics industry. It is also active in the manufacturing of toothpaste, soaps and detergents under the MYMY brand.

Adaobi Nwanze, is a Lawyer and member of the Nigerian bar association. Adaobi possesses considerable experience in corporate commercial law and is responsible for ensuring Landmark's compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations in the day-to-day management of its business and the maintenance of sound corporate governance practices.

Enyinna has over 2 decades progressive experience in project management, procurement, Private Public Partnership development and business management. He has worked in the engineering, construction, real estate and telecommunications sectors, performing successfully on various infrastructure-led projects and large-scale complex real estate developments.

Enyinna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP, 2003) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He was a member of team tasked with developing the first PMI Practice Standard of Earned Value Management (PS-EVM) and the Practice Standard for Scheduling. He has attended various courses and seminars in Nigeria, UK and the US and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Deborah Nicol, (Group Head, Corporate Finance) Deborah has 10 years banking experience, working as a Private Banker both at HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited and Lloyds TSB Private Banking (UK) before moving to Nigeria in 2008 to join Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc (a member of the Standard Bank Group, South Africa). Deborah is a certified financial adviser (CeFA and CeMAP) and headed both the Mortgage and Commercial Real Estate Finance departments at Stanbic IBTC before joining the Landmark Group. She is responsible for the Groups project and corporate finance needs including the strategic, tactical and operational management of Landmark.
