Role: IT Personel
Responsibilities:
  1. Design and development of web-based business-oriented solutions to support the daily operations of all unit departments within the company.

  2. Design and management of all company’s intranet systems and websites.

  3. Responsible for efficient operation of network infrastructure and communication devices within all company buildings.

  4. Management of software applications used within the company.

  5. Manage all IT works/installations done within the Landmark ecosystem.

  6. Identify opportunities where the deployment of IT can offer a competitive edge and better position the company to take advantage of future market trends.

  7. Design/Update website contents.

  8. Assist in the update of LEMA.

  9. Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.

  10. Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.

  11. Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors.

  12. Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses.

  13. Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security.

  14. Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service.

  15. Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment.

  16. Contribute to Landmark ICT documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.

  17. Consult with vendors, perform research and evaluate products to assist in the selection and purchase of equipment and installation or upgrade of systems.

  18. Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.

  19. Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.

  20. Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access point.


Qualification:
  • BSc in Computer Science or related field or additional 2–4 years of development experience required in place of degree.
  • Working knowledge of Mac and Windows; experience with Linux desirable
  • Knowledge of Relational Database Systems such as Mysql, Postgres, and SQL Server
  • Experience with React, PHP, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience with mobile application development.
  • Experience with UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications.
